The Oils: Agese Oils

Agese Oils is the brain child of Emma Agese, who wanted to address the needs of today's women without compromising on natural ingredients or style. Inspired by a 10 week stay in India, she uses oils and techniques that Indian women have been using for centuries.

Face Glow is a beautiful blend of oils, the scent of Peppermint essential oil is very nice and also gives a very slight tingling sensation when first applied to the face. Face Glow also contains Lotus essential oil which is quite rare, it is high in protein, iron, vitamin B and C it has been used to improve the feel and texture of skin, I've also read that the oil from the lotus leaf can increase your production of melanin so I assume that is where the glow element of this product comes from. Face Glow also has a good amount of Apricot oil which contains the same amount of lipids that we have in our skin so when our skin is dry it helps to improve it.

Hair Gold is rich with Amla and Brahmi Oil both of which have great effects on the scalp and hair. Amla oil is full of fatty acid and vitamin C and is known to promote hair growth. Brahmi Oil is great for combating  hair loss, dandruff, and split ends. So Hair Gold packs quite a powerful punch. I've been using it on my scalp and roots and as a hot oil treatment, it leaves hair feeling soft.

Agese oils are beautifully packaged with prices from £25 this is a high end brand with 3 products in the line (there is also a body oil) the focus is on delivering beautiful, well crafted products. They are so far so good for me!
